| 摘要: |
| 整體觀念是中醫思維的核心，貫穿于中醫診治的全過程，其主要包含有機整體、天人合一、時空統一3個方面。中醫診斷思維是中醫思維在診斷疾病上的應用體現，也是認識疾病的必然過程，其原理來自整體觀念的指導，體現在司外揣內、見微知著、以常衡變、因發知受4個方面。掌握中醫診斷的思維原理，將有助于醫者提高診斷的準確性，為中醫立法治療提供可靠的依據。 |

| Abstract: |
| The holistic concept is the core of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) thinking and runs through the whole process of TCM diagnosis and treatment,it mainly includes three aspects:organic whole,the unity of man and nature,and the unity of time and space. TCM diagnostic thinking is the application of TCM thinking in the diagnosis of diseases,and it is also the inevitable process of understanding diseases. Its principle comes from the guidance of the overall concept,which is reflected in four aspects,namely,governing exterior to infer interior,seeing a small beginning,that may have significant changes. Mastering the thinking principle of TCM diagnosis will help doctors improve the accuracy of diagnosis and provide reliable basis for TCM legislative treatment. |
