| 癥狀性病名是病名演變過程中的必然階段，也是以癥狀為綱目編撰醫籍的需要，雖然癥狀性病名因癥病概念混淆飽受詬病，但基于癥狀性病名仍有其存在的合理性和必要性，當前臨床的關鍵問題是如何在繼續繼承及發展癥狀性病名同時，綜合應用中醫診斷基本要素、西醫病名診斷與客觀檢查指標，彌補癥狀性病名應用短板。 |

| The disease name in symptomatology is an inevitable stage in the process of disease name evolution. It is also the necessity of compiling medical records based on symptoms. Although the concept of disease name in symptomatology is widely criticized because of its confusion,the disease name in symptomatology still has its rationality and necessity. At present,the key problem in clinical practice is how to continue to inherit and develop the disease name in symptomatology and comprehensively apply the basic elements of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis,western medicine disease name diagnosis and objective examination index,to make up for the lack of application of the disease name in symptomatology. |
