| 慢性疼痛涉及臨床各科的多種疾病，包括一些重大疾病和疑難疾病。中醫體質學是中醫學的新興學科，其體質分類、體病相關思想以及“辨體論治”的診療方法已廣泛應用到臨床各科疾病的診療中。文章探討了以中醫體質學思想指導疼痛性疾病診療的若干理論問題，認為疼痛性疾病的發生與患者體質類型存在密切的關系。因此，在臨床辨治疼痛性疾病時要考慮患者體質因素。所施方藥不僅要符合病證特點，也要針對患者體質類型。并列舉國醫大師王琦教授辨體論治慢性前列腺炎盆腔疼痛綜合征、偏頭痛、過敏性頭痛等疼痛性疾病的案例加以分析，以期為相關領域同仁提供參考。 |

| Chronic pain involves many diseases in various clinical departments,including some major diseases and difficult diseases. traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) constitutionology is an emerging discipline of TCM,and its constitution classification,constitution-related thoughts,and "treating by differentiation of individual" diagnosis and treatment methods have been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases. This article discusses several theoretical issues that guide the diagnosis and treatment of painful diseases with Chinese medical constitutional thoughts,and believes that the occurrence of painful diseases is closely related to the type of patients' constitution. Therefore,the constitution factors of patients should be considered in the clinical treatment of painful diseases. The prescription should not only meet the characteristics of the disease syndrome,but also target the patients' constitutional type. It also lists the cases of Professor WANG Qi,a master of Chinese medicine,who treat chronic prostatitis,pelvic pain syndrome,vascular neuropathic headache,allergic headache and other painful diseases to analyze and hope to provide references for colleagues in related fields. |
