| 摘要: |
| 辨證論治是中醫學的兩大基本特點之一，辨證應當遵循一定的原則，方能進行合理的施治。文章在闡明辨證內涵及其與狀態辨識關系的同時，進一步指出中醫證具有動態性、穩定性、緩急性、模糊性、兼雜性、隱匿性、整體性與人體性8大特點，因而辨證應遵循整體合參、動靜統一、因人制宜、辨證求本、病證結合的原則，如此方能全面、準確、客觀地進行診斷，從而為立法處方提供可靠的依據。 |

| Abstract: |
| It is known to us all that reatment based on syndrome differentiation is one of the major features in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). This paper is clarified that we should follow certain principles of syndrome differentiation in order to point out reasonable treatment, This paper is clarified the connotation of syndrome differentiation and its relationship with state identification, and that the characteristics of TCM syndrome are dynamic,stability,urgency,fuzziness,complication,concealment,holism and human nature. Therefore,syndrome differentiation should follow the principle of holism,dynamic,individuation,looking for the basic causes,combination of disease and syndrome to make a comprehensive,accurate and objective diagnosis and provide a reliable basis for the establishment of prescription. |
