| [目的] 探究尿毒清顆粒聯合碳酸鈣、血液灌流治療血液透析高磷血癥的臨床療效及對患者生活質量的影響。[方法] 將101例患者隨機分為觀察組51例，對照組50例，兩組均予以碳酸鈣、血液灌流等基礎治療，觀察組在基礎治療同時加用尿毒清顆粒，對照組予以同規格安慰劑，兩組均治療3個月，比較兩組臨床療效、炎性反應、全段甲狀旁腺素、貧血三項指標、血磷、血鈣，隨訪3個月，比較兩組生活質量。[結果] 治療后，觀察組總有效率高于對照組（P＜0.05），高敏C反應蛋白（CRP）、白細胞介素-6（IL-6）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、血磷水平、維生素B12、葉酸均低于對照組（P＜0.05，P＜0.01），血清鐵蛋白、生活質量評分均高于對照組（P＜0.01）；全段甲狀旁腺素（iTPH）、血鈣水平治療前后組內比較、治療后組間比較，差異均無統計學意義（P＞0.05）。[結論] 尿毒清顆粒聯合碳酸鈣、血液灌流治療血液透析高磷血癥可提高治療總有效率，改善炎性反應和營養狀況，降低血磷水平，不影響iPTH及血鈣水平，提高患者生活質量，值得推廣。 |

| [Objective] To explore the clinical effect of Niaoduqing Granule combined with calcium carbonate and blood perfusion hemoperfusion in the treatment of hyperphosphatemia after hemodialysis and its influence on the quality of life of patients. [Methods] The 101 patients were randomly divided into the observation group 51，the control group 50. Both groups were given basic treatment such as calcium carbonate and blood perfusion，the observation group added Niaoduqing Granules to the basic treatment，and the control group was given placebo of the same specification. The two groups were treated for 3 months. The clinical efficacy，inflammatory reaction，total parathyroid hormone，anemia，blood phosphorus and blood calcium of the two groups were compared. The two groups were followed up for 3 months to compare the quality of life. [Results] After treatment，the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （<P<0.05），CRP，IL-6，TNF-α and the levels of blood phosphorus，vitamin B12 and folic acid were lower than those of the control group （P<0.05，P<0.01），and the scores of serum ferritin and quality of life were higher than those of the control group （P<0.01）. There was no significant difference in iTPH and blood calcium levels between groups before and after treatment （P>0.05）. [Conclusion] Niaoduqing Granule combined with calcium carbonate and blood perfusion can improve the total effective rate of treatment，improve the inflammatory reaction and nutritional status，reduce the blood phosphorus level，do not affect the iPTH and blood calcium level，and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of promotion. |
