| 摘要: |
| [目的] 觀察溫針透刺配合中藥離子導入治療肩關節周圍炎（簡稱肩周炎）的臨床療效.[方法] 將120例肩周炎患者隨機分為治療組和對照組，每組各60例。治療組采用溫針透刺配合中藥離子導入治療，對照組采用電針結合藥物治療。兩組在治療3個療程后進行療效評定。[結果] 治療組總有效率為96.7%，臨床治愈率為50.0%；對照組總有效率為78.3%，臨床治愈率為23.3%，治療組總有效率及臨床治愈率均優于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統計學意義（P<0.05）.[結論] 溫針透刺配合中藥離子導入治療肩周炎具有較好臨床療效。 |

| [Objective] To observe effect of warm needling penetration needling combined with Chinese medicine iontophoresis on shoulder joint inflammation. [Methods] 120 cases of periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases of each group. The treatment group was treated by warm needling combined with Chinese medicine iontophoresis, the control group was treated by electric acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine. The curative effect of two groups was evaluated after three treatment courses. [Results] The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.7%, clinical recovery rate was 50.0%; the total effective rate in the control group was 78.3%, clinical recovery rate was 23.3%; the total effective rate and clinical recovery rate in the treatment group was better than the control group, the differences between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). [Conclusion] It has a significant clinical curative effect of warm needling penetration needling combined with Chinese medicine iontophoresis on shoulder joint inflammation. |
