| 清痰化瘀方對穩定性冠心病患者生活質量的影響 |

| 摘要: |
| [目的] 評價清痰化瘀方對穩定性冠心病痰熱瘀結證患者生活質量的影響。[方法] 納入穩定性冠心病痰熱瘀結證門診患者，隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組30例，治療組在原西醫治療基礎上加用清痰化瘀方，對照組繼續采用原有西醫常規治療，療程均為（10±3） d。療程結束后評價對西雅圖心絞痛量表計分（軀體受限程度、心絞痛發作情況、治療滿意程度、疾病認識程度）的影響，同時評價心絞痛計分、中醫證候積分等指標，并記錄不良事件。[結果] 經治療后，治療組軀體受限程度、心絞痛發作情況、治療滿意程度、疾病認識程度計分明顯高于對照組（P<0.05）；治療組和對照組心絞痛計分、中醫證候積分均較治療前降低，經治療后前者心絞痛計分（P<0.05）、中醫證候積分明顯低于后者（P<0.01）；兩組間不良事件差異無統計學意義。[結論] 清痰化瘀方能有效改善穩定性冠心病痰熱瘀結證患者心絞痛癥狀，提高生活質量，且安全性良好。 |

| [Objective] To evaluate the effect of Qingtan Huayu Recipe on the quality of life of stable coronary heart disease patients with phlegm-heat and blood stasis syndrome.[Methods] The outpatients with phlegm-heat and blood stasis syndrome of stable coronary heart disease were included and randomly divided into control group(30 cases) and treatment group(30 cases). The treatment group was treated with Qingtan Huayu Recipe on the basis of the original western medicine treatment, and the control group continued to be treated with the original western medicine routine treatment. The course of treatment was(10±3) d. After treatment, the effect of Seattle angina questionnaire score(physical limitation, angina pectoris attack, treatment satisfaction, disease awareness) was evaluated, and angina pectoris score, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score were evaluated, and adverse events were recorded.[Results] After treatment, the scores of physical limitations, angina pectoris attack, treatment satisfaction, disease awareness in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the angina pectoris score and TCM syndrome score in the treatment group and control group were lower than those before treatment. After treatment, the angina score(P<0.05) and TCM syndrome score(P<0.01) of the former were significantly lower than those of the latter. There was no significant difference in adverse events between the two groups.[Conclusion] Qingtan Huayu Recipe can effectively improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and improve the quality of life in stable coronary heart disease patients with phlegm-heat and blood stasis syndrome. |
