| 基于Meta分析的穩心顆粒治療室性早搏的療效評價 |

| [目的] 評價穩心顆粒治療室性早搏的有效性、安全性和經濟性。[方法] 以“穩心顆?！薄胺€心”“Wenxin granule”“Wenxin”等為檢索詞，計算機檢索中國知網（CNKI）、萬方數據庫（W.F）、維普數據庫（VIP）、Pubmed及The Cochrane Library等數據庫（2000年1月—2020年8月），并手工檢索相關期刊與會議論文，篩選穩心顆粒治療室性早搏的隨機對照試驗文獻。使用RevMan5.3軟件進行Meta分析，結合成本—效果進行經濟學評價。[結果] 納入10篇文獻，共995例患者。Meta分析結果顯示；與心律平相比，穩心顆粒治療室性早搏提高了臨床療效、改善了動態心電圖與心電圖療效；降低了不良反應發生率。藥物經濟學顯示，穩心顆粒治療室性早搏具有成本效果優勢。單因素敏感度分析證實了結果的穩定性。[結論] 穩心顆粒治療室性早搏有較好的有效性、安全性和經濟性，但還需要大量高質量的樣本進行隨機對照試驗，并加以驗證。 |

| [Objective] Based on Meta-analysis of the effectiveness, safety, and economy of Wenxin Granules in the treatment of ventricular premature beats.[Methods] Using "Wenxin granule" "Wenxin" as search terms, a computer search of China Knowledge Network (CNKI), Wanfang database (WF), VIP database (VIP), Pubmed and The Cochrane Library and other databases (January 2000 to August 2020), and manually search-related journals and conference papers to screen randomized controlled trials literature of Wenxin granules in the treatment of ventricular premature beats. Use RevMan 5.3 software to carry out Meta-analysis, and carry out an economic evaluation in combination with cost-effectiveness.[Results] The 10 articles were included, with a total of 995 patients. Meta-analysis results show that compared with Xinlvping, Wenxin Granules treatment of ventricular premature beats improves the clinical efficacy, improves the efficacy of dynamic electrocardiogram and electrocardiogram, and reduces the incidence of adverse reactions. Pharmacoeconomics shows that Wenxin Granules have cost-effective advantages in treating ventricular premature beats. Single-factor sensitivity analysis confirmed the stability of the results.[Conclusion] Wenxin Granules has good efficacy, safety, and economy in the treatment of ventricular premature beats, but a large number of high-quality samples are required for randomized controlled trials and verification. |
