近20年痛風的文獻計量學及可視化分析

摘要:
[目的] 使用CiteSpace軟件分析近20年痛風相關研究的的熱點與發展趨勢。[方法] 分析了2000年1月至2019年12月期間Web of Science數據庫中關于痛風的文獻,采用CiteSpace軟件對文獻進行作者、國家、機構的合作網絡分析,關鍵詞分析和聚類分析,以及作者、期刊、文獻的共被引分析,并繪制相關可視化圖譜。[結果] 檢索出8 782篇文獻,發文量基本呈上升趨勢。發文量最多的作者是Nicola Dalbeth,發文最多的國家是美國和中國。發文最多的機構是Univ Auckland(奧克蘭大學)和Univ Otago(奧塔哥大學)。關鍵詞頻次最高的為gout(痛風)、hyperuricemia(高尿酸血癥)等。通過對關鍵詞的分析體現了痛風的機制研究和防治是目前的研究熱點。發文量最多的雜志為Annals of The Rheumatic Diseases、Arthritis Rheumatology等。[結論] 通過CiteSpace軟件對痛風文獻的分析發現,研究熱點主要體現在NOD-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)炎性體和巨噬細胞極化的基礎研究,以及關于痛風防治的臨床研究,這對痛風未來的研究選題具有一定參考意義。

Abstract:
[Objective] Using CiteSpace software to analyze the study about hot spots and trends of gout in the past 20 years.[Methods] Author analyzed the literatures on gout in the Web of Science database from January 2000 to December 2019. CiteSpace software was used for the analysis of the cooperative network of authors, countries and institutions, as well as for the keyword collinear analysis and cluster analysis, and the co-citation analysis of authors, journals and literatures in the paper, then the relevant visual figures were drawn.[Results] There were 8 782 articles retrieved, and the number of published articles showed an upward trend. The author with the most literatures was Nicola Dalbeth, and the countries with the most literatures were the United States and China. It can be also seen that the top contributors were Univ Auckland and Univ Otago. Keywords with the highest frequency were gout and hyperuricemia, etc. And the analysis of keywords reflected the mechanism research of gout and prevention and treatment of gout are hot topics at present. The magazines with the most publications were Annals of The Rheumatic Diseases, Arthritis Rheumatology, etc.[Conclusion] Through the analysis of literatures on gout by using CiteSpace software, the research focused mainly on the basic study of NOD-like receptor protein3(NLRP3) inflammatory bodies and macrophage polarization, as well as the clinical study on the prevention and treatment of gout, which have certain reference significance for the future research of gout when choosing a reasearch topic.
