基于UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS技術分析吳茱萸的化學成分

摘要:
[目的] 利用快速、靈敏的UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS分析技術對吳茱萸藥材的化學成分定性分析。[方法] 色譜條件為ZORBAX Eclipse plus C18色譜柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8 μm),水(0.2%甲酸)-乙腈(0.2%甲酸)為流動相,流速為0.3 mL/min,柱溫30℃;采用電噴霧離子源,正負離子掃描檢測,經PeakView軟件對數據進行分析。[結果] 共鑒定出64個化合物,包括生42個生物堿、8個檸檬苦素、8個黃酮苷、3個苯丙素和3個其他類型化合物。[結論] 本實驗方案能快速、精準地對吳茱萸的化學成分進行分析,為研究吳茱萸毒性成分和藥效成分打下基礎。

Analysis of chemical constituents from Evodia rutaecarpa by UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS

Abstract:
[Objective] A rapid and sensitive UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS method was used for qualitative analysis of chemical constituents of Evodia rutaecarpa.[Methods] The chromatographic conditions were ZORBAX Eclipse plus C18 column (2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.8 μm) with water (0.2% formic acid)-acetonitrile (0.2% formic acid) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.3 mL/min and column temperature of 30℃. Using electrospray ion source, positive and negative ion scanning detection, data in this study analysis by PeakView software.[Results] A total of 64 compounds were identified, including 42 alkaloids, 8 limonin, 8 flavone glycosides, 3 phenylpropanoids and 3 other compounds.[Conclusion] This experimental method can quickly and accurately analyze the chemical constituents of Evodia rutaecarpa, and lay a foundation for the study of the toxic components and pharmacodynamic components of Evodia rutaecarpa.
